Hello! I haven't been on here for a couple of years! I'm now looking to lose 2 stone too, I also LOVE food and am healthy, quite active but have 3 kids and my husband had a brain injury recently so my body hasn't been the priority!
What are you doing to lose a bit of weight? I'm trying smaller portion sizes (which I hate!!) and going for 3 power walks a week to begin with, now my husband can manage for half an hour with the kids... xx
Hi! I'm in the 2 stone (but should be 3 stone!) club. Just joined too. I'm using food journal to log everything and also a bit of 16:8. 2 and a bit weeks in (did a sneaky weight in today because I was bored) and 4.5lbs down, so feeling quite pleased. Kids, husband, dogs, work, lockdown...why not start now?!?! Hoping I've made the right decision and I won't end up regretting it and slipping back, or worse.
