Hi everyone,

I’m new here! I recently joined Health Unlocked. I started my weight loss journey about 5 weeks ago. I’m down 8lbs and have 48 more to go. When I finish graduate school I’m going to start the couch to 5k.

So how does this group work?

Hello and welcome, Healingjourney123 :)

The forum works on peer to peer support. There are various activities you can join and I recommend a weekly weigh in for starters, and using the Daily Diary, where members post their meal plans. You'll find them, all our other activities and a Welcome Newbies message in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... so take your time exploring and join in as much as you can.

I hope you'll become an active member and we'll see you around the forum :)
