Well I have started to get back into the swing of my diet or healthy eating as I like to call it doing so so on it. I have started by drinking more water and I have organised my weekly menu we had chicken fajita pie with a side salad last night it was really nice so we are having it again tonight. I will confess that I am still eating some crisps in the evening which are to nice to stop so will carry on eating them. It really helped me by reading some of the post you have all written with ideas so thank you and keep them coming
