The Pioppi Diet was devised by esteemed British Cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra, so would probably be the best for you to follow, Goodhart doctoraseem.com/top-dietiti...
I believe AHA and BHF will be valuable websites in your case:
Also look into the Mediterranean diet.It is very heart friendly.
A RECIPE FOR A QUICK TUNA AND SPINACH SALADFor 2 servings: 2-3 boiled eggs, a bunch of spinach (it's better to find small spinach leaves, they look much prettier in the salad 🙂 ), about 100g of feta, sun-dried tomatoes (fresh cherry tomatoes in season), boiled or canned tuna (80g).
Dressing: 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. honey, 1 -2 tsp. mustard, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Whisk everything (alternatively, put it in a small jar and shake well 🙂 )
But I prefer to order cooked food here idealnutritionnow.com/pages.... It's just more convenient for me.
Thanks for responding here.
