Today I felt more in control I went out with my family and it made a difference I feel better more like myself. Good Day !
I am although currently battling wether to go down to the kitchen and have a snack just to fill me up so I can go to sleep. Maybe I should just take up wine. Half a glass and I am knocked out.

Hi I take some yogurt/Clementine,piece of apple,just in case,and in the dark,sitting up in bed about 3am,find it ,munch yog,with little chopped apple,(anything)feel better,
Good tip from ary88 there to have a distraction to hand and save us from munching things we later regret. Hope you got a restful night and lovely that you had a good day 👍
If I can't sleep in the night I get up and make a cup of tea - that always sends me to sleep. I know it shouldn't but it does!
I think it's a question of finding what works for you!
Are you sure it’s real hunger, and not just a habit formed over a long time? Kill the night time snacking habit if you can. Have some milk before you go to bed - it contains sleep-inducing amino acid tryptophan, and will stop any genuine hunger pangs ( which if you eat well during the day, you shouldn’t experience anyway. ) 😊
