The last couple of days I've been feeling really really hungry, I've been doing this for 4weeks and this is the first week that I've actually noticed it, plus I have found that I'm getting more headaches,
So what does everyone do to help the feeling hungry?
Is it just me that's getting headaches when feeling hungry?

Headaches might be a result of withdrawal from sugar (carbs) if you've cut back. Also make sure you are not dehydrated and are getting enough trace elements, especially if you are running.
I go through phases where i get headaches and really hungry, think mine are down to being dehydrated as always have dry lips and feeling thirsty no matter how much i drink.
When i get hungry i try the distraction technique, luckily i like card making, jewellery making etc so do that and it keeps my hands busy and distracts me from being hungry. Also i drink something to try make myself feel fuller then if a little while later im still hungry ill grab a low cal snack
I'm doing the 5:2 diet and find when I fast I get really bad headaches that usually last for days. I've found drinking plenty of water (I make sure I drink lots the evening before I fast) and try to spread meals out during the day. Some people skip breakfast when counting calories to save them up, but I've found skipping meals makes my headaches worse. It's also important to make sure you're getting enough sleep, it's an obvious one but it does make a difference
