Have begun to get my allotment back into shape which it sorely needed -finding very dormant muscles!๐ฎ This week I have done more exercise and I feel better for it in my body and mind!
Food wise I am trying to clock everything that passes my lips and note it to be aware of calories. That is hard work but you do realise that you have to own each morsel then.
I felt very hungry today and my daughter made a sandwich cake ๐ฐ at school! I did have a piece and two chocolates and a glass of wine! But as I had had a low cal salad for lunch it seemed to work out ok for calories.
I find I need to have that flexibility I hope it works-here comes the weekend ...enjoy it everyone ๐
