Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum mummy3kings 😊
The best way to avoid snacking is to avoid hunger, to eat proper food that keeps you full, and food of the right kind. How you achieve this depends upon your routine, do you eat breakfast or are you rushing out in a morning? Do you have access to cooking facilities or are you dependant upon others or a canteen? As with everything else, planning is vital, I highly recommend the Daily Diary for giving and receiving support and feedback on meal planning.

Good luck with your diet. I make lots of healthy veg soups for lunch; cheap and tasty.
Cheap food - eggs , tinned tuna and cottage cheese . Cereal - porridge . I buy these all unbranded from Lidl. If you consider you can buy 6 bananas , a bag of oranges or apples for around £1 which is the same price as the cheapest 6 pack of crisps
