How do i lose weight?

I have gained about 30 pounds in the last few months and i am disgusted with myself what do I do.

First, i would suggest seeing a doctor to rule out any medical issues. I weight gain that rapid isn’t normal even if you overeat a little.

Then I would suggest you try to maintain your weight for a couple of weeks. Don’t deprive yourself. Find out what you can eat without gaining weight and write everything down.

I started my journey with the NHS 12 week plan. I like it and it has helped me a lot. Good luck.

Agreeing with Pippiruns, get a check up incase there is a thyroid issue or something.

Then, all being well, honestly write down everything you eat. It all counts.
