It's going to depend of course on which foods you are focusing on in your weight-loss efforts. So yes, the Daily Diary is a terrific place to go.
Hello and welcome loulou8951 😊 Exercise has many benefits but rarely leads to weight loss I’m afraid, however I do find it helps my mood and my determination as I don’t want to waste all that effort!!
Do you have an idea of the kind of eating plan that would suit you? If you really can’t face a life without chocolate then perhaps calorie counting is the way to go. Low carb is another very successful way of losing fat and you can still eat dark chocolate in moderation after the initial induction phase.
