I am currently overweight by a whooping 20kg! I have three children under 5 and it's difficult to exercise. I try to eat healthy and m always active but not losing any weight.
Just stumbled upon some old pictures and I really wish I could shed some weight.

Take a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as a lot of people have been successful with it, making sure to enter your details into the BMI calculator, to get a calorie allowance tailored to your personal requirements. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate.

It's only left for me to wish you well on your journey
By taking each day at a time and making lots of little positive choices. Someone once told me just to 'take the first step'. The rest really does follow!
The main thing is patience... set yourself small goals and reward yourself with non food treats when you achieve them. buy a jar and every lb you lose put some money in it to spend on your treat when you achieve each goal. Make small changes and use the daily diary or fitness pal to record what your eating... sometimes it can be your not actually eating enough calories.. good luck with starting x
I am currently 5 stones overweight with 4 children. 😕
So I decided to walk around the park, drop off the kids walk around the block before going home, run around the supermarket to do my shop. My NHS weightloss lady said 30mins walk a day shold be great for me.
Also I kept a food diary, omg I love biscuits cake chocolate and tea yummy yummy, but once I started writing it down in felt quite disgusted with myself!
Since you have has 3 kids you obviously put the weight on slowly and didn't realise. So make small changes and the weight will drop of slowly, just like above someone said a day at a time... then maybe set week tasks.
Most importantly use your kids, get them to run in front of you try catch them, jump on the trampoline for 10 mins is a 30mins workout, put the music on and dance, dance while hoovering and mopping the floor.
Hope it helps and I wish you all the best. You can do it, so do it!!!!😊☺
Awww thanks alot Em!!! This is very practical and helpful. Couldn't help laughing out loud when you said you love chocolate and biscuits!!! Lol!!! That's sooo me!!! I am motivated. X
