Hello there I have used NHS weight loss program be4 too it's been about 4 years n am back to it again as I need to shift 2 stones which won't leave me alone lol 🤣 hope I could do it tomorrow new month new beginnings yh x

Go for it, 2 stone of by Christmas! Or even 1 stone, whatever goal, it will be a happy Christmas present to yourself, I am trying, support will be here, just give yourself time to read and try...I am new and picked up so many tips hints inspiration, no judgment, just help, good luck!
