Hi Underwoodroad, I joined here to lose weight as I’d been told it would be much safer before a hernia op. A few months later, on LCHF, I was 2.5 st down to weight acceptable to consultant, and told I actually don’t need the op any more. It would appear I had been literally bursting at the seams 😃 So glad I came here for support. Good luck to you in your endeavours, hope you lose the amount you want to and the op is successful.
