I have just had my evening meal of cod baked with pesto. No butter or salt. It was delicious 😋 so thankyou whoever sent me that tip. I've a few more to try but I'm happy to be back on fish which I love but was finding it hard to giver flavor without salt. So onwards and upwards👍

Sounds tasty. Do you make your own pesto? A lot of pre made one's are high in salt and fat if that's something you're trying to cut down on.

I would love to make my own but no I'm afraid I have to buy ready made. I just shop around and look at labels and use sparingly. My taste buds are so used to salt free that one taste and I have to discard or give away as I can't enjoy food with a salty taste. I find organic products good.
