Hi I’m 46 and been overweight most of my life. Was 19.6 now 16.12 and only 5ft 2inches tall,awaiting weight loss surgery. Looking to chat with other people on the same journey as me. I have done many diets over the years but always regained the weight. So this is my last chance to be the person I really want to be. I have under active thyroid and fibromyalgia. So doing this for my health as well as to feel and look better in my clothes.
