Welcome to the forum. It is midnight now in the UK so it will probably be tomorrow morning when one of the administrators will reply to you. They will give you a lot of really good information. At my gym they have this message on all the machines that has kind of stuck after seeing it evry time I walk onto the treadmill. 'Motivation is hard but then it becomes habit.' Its actually very true Ive been exercising 4-5 times a week for the last 5months. I found it so hard at first but now being active is second nature
Hi Bedded. Good luck with your first week. Last week was my first week and I lost 8 pounds. I an delighted. I know that it's gonna be slow from now on but hey, you gotta start from where you're starting from. I have to make changes cos they are sure as hell needed! So I am made up to be hauling around 8 pounds less. And next week. Whatever, you do, you have started on your journey. To be fitter,stronger and healthier version of YOU. Well done for taking up the challenge.
