Hi, this is my first (and maybe last) post. After 11 weeks on the plan I have reached my goal weight of 11 stones. A whole stone lost in that time. My next goal weight is 10 stones 4 pounds, putting me well within my healthy weight for my height.
So no preaching of how to do it, of how to exercise or photos of what I ate - very boring for everyone else.
