I have lost just over 18 pounds in just under two months by eating healthy and sticking to smaller portions and sustained exercise, using my protein shake as a recovery after intense exercise both my wife and myself are losing roughly the same amount of weight. We both feel fitter have more energy I have become more adventurous in the exercises, I do I track what I eat daily through an app My fitness pal which also tracks my weight and lets me input all the food I ingest and my water. l have gone from 21stone 5 on the 13th of June to 19 stone 10 on the 29th of July I have set myself a goal 3 months from now to reach 16 stone weight Loss.

Hi stegbunno and welcome.

Congratulations to you and your wife as those are impressive losses that you've both achieved. It's great too when a weight loss journey allows us to start thinking of ways of changing our lives too, and as you say, become more adventurous.

Your weight loss to date is pretty much at the peak of recommended weekly weight loss and it's good that you haven't gone over that. I think you'll find most people here will recommend that you don't try to accelerate it any further.

Good luck!
