Started two weeks ago doing the nhs weight plan been trying to stick to the 1,400 calories a day have gone over a few times. Have been using the myfitness pal app which is really helping monitoring calorie intake and also monitoring my exercise. I started @ 14 st 7lbs and was coming in at just under 14 st yesterday really proud of the progress so far and that is without much exercise just a change in diet. Looking forward to starting the gym in the next few weeks and adding a lot more exercise into the plan.

Blinkin' heck - that's a result! you're start point is about half a stone lighter than me now and I would chop off my arm to get to where you even started in the next 2 weeks! (I only began today)

What I would be keen to know, if you're happy to share, is how much exercise have you done over these last 2 weeks?

I see it says we need to aim for 150 minutes - but what you did would be really useful.

well done again, and all the best for the up coming results.

I haven't done enough exercise that's why I am really shocked at the results from just changing what I eat. And I haven't been going hungry just aiming to stay within the 1400 calories some days that hasn't happened

I'm a support worker so do quite a bit of walking on the job but then sometimes don't as I'm a car driver

Been swimming twice over the two weeks but would only say about 15-20 Mins of it was actively swimming.

My diet previous to starting this was literally eating what ever when ever so really happy that I have made the decision to make a change and the rapid weight loss in the start has really helped me in the right direction and kept me motivated.

Was having museli at the start of the two weeks but I have no changed to fat free natural yoghurt with a peice of fruit been having lunch mainly on the move with work but healthy options and being making the change for life recipes for dinner which me and the family have enjoyed making and eating.

Going to be starting the gym in the next few weeks so hoping that will help towards my weight loss goals and strength and energy

Really kicked me into starting this when I did my bmi and it said I was 6 stones over my bmi now there is no way I would like to loose that much but around 4 would be amazing

Good luck with your journey and try stay positive and motivated must admit looking at other people's posts helped me a lot finally decided to post today and so glad I did
