So Ive recently had a miscarriage and I've really fell off the wagon off weight loss, and now I'm ready again to try again. Just need to find myself again and feel better about life.

Got my two beautiful children, that I need to be healthy for and my wedding in September.

Any wonderful ideas on excercise or receiipes, anything is welcome

Very sorry and sad to hear of your miscarriage. Just take as long as it takes to feel stronger, and all the best for your forthcoming wedding.

Welcome back lisao93

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Glad to see you back here again but please take your time to get back into things.

There is lots of support here for you to help you get back on the wagon. Have a look at the Daily dairy for some meal ideas or in the Topic section for some recipes to try.

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage lisao93 .

Give yourself time and, as and when you're ready, make small and steady changes that you feel comfortable with and you'll soon see progress, in time for your wedding.

I am so sorry about the loss of your baby. It is a tough time and does throw things out of kilter for a while.

We are not professionals on here and I hope you have had a chat with your GP about starting a diet and exercise programme because your physical health is important and you probably need to make sure that all your bloods and things are normal.

if your GP is fine about it and i am being overly fussy forgive me!! Please take care and start changing a little at a time. Walking is very healthy for you and the family.. if you start there you can build up.

Sending lots of warm thoughts your way.. for you and your family, and I hope you have a lovely wedding..

Not what you're looking for?
