So i'm trying to loose weight and what I find difficult is breakfasts! I'm one of these people who is not hungry when I wake up, but I have recently started a new job and we're not allowed to eat breakfast at our desks (but light snacks are allowed)
Any help or suggestions?
Thanks

Why not simply not eat breakfast? That old 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' hokum has been long since discredited. If you eat your first meal at the end of the morning, you will be into intermittent fasting,
This may not be the right answer for you (as everyone is different).... but I don't eat breakfast! I find it makes me hungry again at about 10am. Instead I have lunch ready to eat at midday and that is when I eat my first meal.
Mind you, I have a tiny calorie allowance (1100 a day) and I am fairly sedentary....
How's about some nuts and raisins? Go for nuts that aren't roasted or salted - ideally something like walnuts or brazils - and flame raisins. You only need a tiny few as they are very calorific.
Otherwise, could you make and take a banana and oat smoothie and drink that? Or a protein shake?
Think I must be a tad odd, blame it on 'himself'! We don't have breakfast, but have a brunch about ten o'clock. Being retired we can eat as and when we want to. There is a lot to be said for retirement.
Round about one o'clock we have a light snack. Since I started all this walking I find I am getting a bit peckish about three o'clock, so I have a sliced apple, which I share with 'himself', I am soooo generous don't ya know.
We have another light snack about half four, and another one round about eight/nine o'clock. I am not saying this would work for everybody, but it works for me, and it is what 'himself' prefers.
