Have a look at our 'Recipe' post, as there is a section in it which highlights various posts about breakfasts - towards the top part of the thread - you'll see lots of ideas there:
If you are not doing a low carb diets then do what my hubby does, has done since losing all his weight 4 years ago, take a plastic tub to work with some rolled oats, frozen blueberries and skimmed milk. He adds some stevia or xylitol or sometimes apple juice instead of milk. If he is feeling fat, he takes a pear, blueberries and an apple which he nibbles on for the first half hour at work while getting through admin.
He has a very active job and never uses the lift and this keeps him going until lunch, which for him is yogurt, tuna salad sandwich no dressing and you guessed it, a pear lol
Me, I have a sugar free jelly (with added collagen) and either an egg or 2 pineapple rings.
Cereals + fruit + low fat dairy is very portable. It doesn't have to be milk, yogurt works well too. Lidl do some no added sugar muesli bars. Called Crownfield for under 100kcal. The ones with almonds are my favourite. They are also the cheapest acceptable bars I have found. With some fresh fruit or a skinny latte, they might suit. Hard boiled eggs are very portable, don't forget the pepper and salt. I like slices of a well cooked frittata, especially in a wrap, or a thin. Cold sausages are quite nice in sandwiches too, or how about a homemade BLT.
