Well yesterday did not go as planned breakfast was good. We then went shopping in Sainsbury’s had a large latte then shopped and went home. When got home had some of the pumpkin seed cranberry and orange bread I brought. Should not have brought it lol throughout the rest of the day I grazed on this bread until it was finished also ended up having half a bag of onion ring snacks and a box of Maltesers. I did not have any other food several cups of tea and bottles of water though. I also did not calorie count. Today is better so far 3 cups of tea and a 50gm piece of Wensleydale with cranberry and orange. I am not hungry. I WILL make soup for lunch

I have to avoid bread as I'd wallop the lot down super fast! I got a gorgeous loaf from Morrison's last week when a friend was coming for lunch - cranberry and something else, so tasty. It took a lot of control to manage what was left over - it's approx 100 cals a slice, then there's the butter and cheese or whatever... Final slices ended up in the freezer where they are much less tempting
As our journey progresses we will come across lots of hurdles that will make us trip. It's good to look back so that we can learn what to do better the next time.

I know how you feel. Buy something. Will just have one piece. Then it's all gone. Only answer is to not buy it in the first place.
