Thought id better use the gym, especially as I'm paying for it. Hated every minute of it but did feel happier when I got home and then had a salad for tea. No cravings for sugary things, is that one effect of losing weight and not having sugary food every day? Good luck to everyone, we can do it because we are worth it.

So glad that I've just read your post,I am feeling very picky tonight but really don't want to blow it as I'm only on day 4,your post was inspirational and has stopped me turning the kitchen upside down for something unhealthy,thank you!
Another thing to do if you want to pick, is leave t eh kitchen and go and paint your nails upstairs, my nails are looking so much better for the extra attention. By the time the varnish is dry you won't be hungry anymore... Try it and good luck, you can do it.

And if things get really tough, do toes as well..... Saying that I've just been out for a curry but I have only had one glass of wine - my downfall..... But feel good as it's was only a bit over my calories for today, I have been so good this week and will do extra exercise this weekend to use them up. Keep going all you lovely ladies and gents, remember WE ARE WORTH IT!!!!! And our beautiful selfs are in there crying to get out.... Enjoy a weekend with lots of exercise... X
