First of all a big thank you to everyone that responds and gives so much useful advice :-) . Now yesterday I opted for the buy healthy and graze approach, Breakfast was pomegranate seeds with a spelt and muesli crisp bread. I then kind of grazed most of the day on carrot stick and houmous also had some watermelon, Then for dinner I had 2 salmon fillets pus lots of water in total the calories where around 1500. I never felt hungry! this could have been down to knowing that if I wanted to eat something I could as there was only healthier options in the car lol. now being fortunate enough to work for a fantastic company that pay's for everything is another downfall they pick up breakfast lunch dinner, so why not eat well!! I tell you why it puts weight on haha. so now they are paying for me to Healthy. This morning I don't Feel full, I know I haven't lost weight but for the 1st time in a while I don't feel uurgh! you know what I mean :-)

Ps

No Alcohol and I got a 15 min walk in.

Well Done! Knew you could do it - great to see the power of the forum in action. Its really good to hear back from people! You don't have to stint yourself on poor quality food - quality nutrition can be a cost so if they are going to pay for it go for it! They want a healthy, attractive, successful sales force!

Good for you!

A good day then !

Try and up the walking today. Little things make a difference. Every time you can, park your vehicle as far from your destination as you can. Even a walk across a carpark is a walk! Take the stairs rather than the escalator or lift.

Good luck for today

Well done.

I thought of something else which will travel well. I make sweet potato wedges - cut the sweet potato into chunks, spray with fry light, season with salt and pepper (I also use cumin but you can use whatever spice you like) and put in the oven for an hour. Then snack on them instead of a bag of crisps.

Exactly they are paying for you to get & stay healthy now .. keep that in mind, not feeling uurgh is priceless. Well done on no alcohol & the walk .. one step at a time brings improvements :)

Grazing with the reward of a tasty meal at the end of the day sounds like a good solution. But keep mixing it up, keep yourself interested. Congrats on staying off the alcohol. This makes a massive difference in itself. Keep going!
