Well it’s been five weeks now so I guess it’s going to be …
Stuck on you
I've got this feeling down deep in my soul that I just can't lose
Guess I'm on my way
Needed a friend
And the way I feel now I guess I'll be with you 'til the end
Guess I'm on my way
Mighty glad you stayed
I'm stuck on you
Been a fool too long I guess it's time for me to come on home
Guess I'm on my way
So hard to see
That a woman like you could wait around for a man like me
Guess I'm on my way
Mighty glad you stayed
Oh, I'm leaving on that midnight train tomorrow
And I know just where I'm going
I've packed up my troubles and I've thrown them all away
'Cause this time little darling
I'm coming home to stay
I'm stuck on you
I've got this feeling down deep in my soul that I just can't lose
Guess I'm on my way
Needed a friend
And the way I feel now I guess I'll be with you 'til the end
Guess I'm on my way
I'm mighty glad you stayed
I know I am going to make it home to my ideal weight, but currently we are heading to the two most difficult weeks of the year; Christmas and New Year! I also have my biorthday next week – triple fun. So as long as I remain “Stuck on you” I will remain happy, but I really must continue my journey after that.
It has been fun being at a steady 190 pounds for 5 weeks after dropping from 200 pounds, but I have a date with 180 pounds next and I do not want to disappoint.
I really wish each of you all the best over the next two weeks. Enjoy yourselves, but try not to enjoy to excess. Remember all that effort you have put in to get to where you are. However, if you do slip up, remember life is just life, and you are still loved irrespective of how you look or feel.
Have a great Christmas and I will see you next year!
