Keep on keeping on!

Good afternoon everyone! I have been trying to lose a few pounds for ever!! Because its just a few I usually expect it to be quick! but by following this plan and with help from the forum I have learnt that it takes time and slow is better! I don't have many pics of me - but to complete my assignment I am posting a pic of my lovely girl! Her name is Lucy and she is 15 - with attitude!!
