its my second wk and ive not done so great , ive put on 2lb because ive been feeling very tired and not myself at all :(

It's def harder when you aren't feeling well sandra03 I started with a cold yesterday and my sore throat is driving me mad and I want to drink or suck iced lollies or something all the time. I'm sure we will both get back on track when we are feeling better don't beat yourself up - one step at a time 😉

When we don’t feel right we don’t always want to eat properly either and believe it or not this could also be part of the problem.

By not eating the calories we are advised to, to be able to lose weight we can actually put weight on. When I first started here I wasnt losing weight and was told to see how many calories I should be having on the bmi calculator and I was only eating around 1000 cals a day instead of the 2000 we was supposed to have and by not eating enough the body thinks you are starving it and turns what you have been eating into body fat instead to ensure it can carry on. The body fat weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it means you often put weight on. When I started eating the amount advised to be able to lose weight I started losing weight. I had always struggled with losing weight before this. Good luck with your journey.

Just keep trying. It will work and you'll be motivated when you see weight loss, I promise.
