About to start week 2 with weigh-in in the morning. A little worried as been out to eat a lot this week,tried to make healthier choices but still not as good as home cooked. Fingers crossed.

Even if you have put on a little or maybe stayed the same... Just think -tomorrow is a new day! Clean sheet! Start again! At least you are being honest, but everyone needs a cheat treat every so often!! Good luck!!!
Long as you stay on track you will get there, the first few weeks is an adjustment, but dont give up on yourself you can do this
Think of this as a new way of life not just a diet . Real life involves meals out, holidays, parties. This is how we learn to accommodate them rather than deny them , and one high calorie day a week does not ruin things.
Its the weekly average that counts. Even if you have gained a pound or two, just stay on the horse, you will get there. I know, I had 9 months of stop, start weightloss, four holidays, christmas etc , but in march I reached my 30 lb goal eventually , and am now maintaining. You will too!
Thank you for the encouragement all. Last of the meals out planned was at lunch and I've just been for a run and done some calisthenics to balance it out.
