Lost 2lbs in my week 1.. feeling motivated and positive to keep up with my daily exercises and healthy food choices. I would like to encourage others on the same weight loss journey not to give up as small changes amount to big changes! ..

Hi Kalenga,

Congratulations on losing 2 pounds - that's a great start. Good to hear you're feeling motivated and positive.

I agree that small changes amount to big changes.

Have a great week.
