Week 3 I have only lost 1lb, but its still a loss, fell into some old traps this week. But ive lost 9lbs in 3 weeks so not going to let it get me down just going to work harder this week. So proud ive stuck with it, if I can do it anyone can

I'm so pleased you're managing to stick to it! Gives me hope, I'm starting as of tomorrow...
try to drink alot of water before you eat so you don't eat as much or run outside for 1hour everyday and eat a salad for 2meals of the day and in the morning eat whole wheat if you do this for 1month everyday you will be happy because you have lost around 10pounds!

Its really nice to see all the lovely comments, lots of fruit for me so dont snack and lots of salad and veg to bulk out meals I drink loads of water, so onwards and upwards. If I can do it, you lovely people can too
