Good on your, what is your daily eating plan please.,
i have porridge every morning
For lunch I will usually have chicken with quinoa, on some days i will have salmon on wholemeal bread.
And for Dinner i will have, Chicken, Salmon, Pork with wholemeal pasta, brown rice and veg. There are really great recipes in the hairy bikers diet book as well that I have been making.
I also drink green tea and plenty of water throughout the day.
