Day 1 went really well. I've never in all my life stuck to just 3 meals in a day. All low carb and no second helpings.
I will have a chicken stew at 1230 as off to see Bristol City beat Leeds Utd.
I will have 2 small packs of dride fruit and nuts.
My mind is saying 'go on, get a 500gm worth of sweets you like, its Saturday and you can start again tomorrow' but sadly tomorrow never seems to come.
Only coffee at the game.
