When I looked at those tasty biscuits waiting on the side at work, I thought for a minute it would be really nice to have one, savour the flavour and enjoy and I would of enjoyed it too. Then I thought again I really need to change, that feeling overpowered the need for biscuit, it has never happened to me before usually I would go for the biscuit this time I don't see any good will come from eating the biscuit or packet!
Also I have stuck to a sensible diet today so I have earnt another £1 to put in the kitty that brings it up to £2.
I am going out tomorrow night, If I stick to plan with what I plan on having will I (Dover sole, mention of butter on the menu) and for desert 1 scoop of sorbet or 1 scoop of icecream and the rest of the day goes to plan, would I earn a £1? or because I am eating out I wouldn't? I feel I should, If I stick to this plan, it is better then a normal day (as in a trip to the shop with chocolates and cakes and biscuits etc), what do you think?

Well I did write in my post yesterday that I am interested to buy a ticket to see the northern lights in Iceland, I have found a cruise for £2000 just for the ticket not the extras and that if I have 352 good days for 5.5 years I will of saved the money. But I was thinking that if I achieve a goal I will put £100 in the pot. I think each goal will be to lose one stone, and I'll only check my weight on rare occasions, maybe when I have some extra money and my clothes feel loose!
Same happened to me in Norway, that is why I want to go to Iceland next time. The funny thing is locally the northern lights were spotted while I was away!
Well done indeed. I have avoided going out to eat mainly, hard to find something suitable in many places. I eat 'flexitarian' mainly (that's mainly pescitarian with a some meat a couple of times a week). Next planed eating out is the weekend after Valentines day and it is a fixed 'Valentines' menu at a hotel, I am sure that the odd treat won't be too big a deal. As for biscuits, best plan is not too look at them, just pretend there is no such thing, never been invented, move along, nothing to see....
Fortunately I go out a lot unfortunately it doesn't help the waistline, I didn't stick to plan this weekend sadly but I didn't get carried either, so i'll try and be stronger during the week so the weekend can be less of a guilt trip!
