Have you ever wished you could have lost a stone or 2 by tomorrow?? Lol
Had a little bit of mind over matter yesterday; I would normally just eat when I felt like it but I just kept telling myself you have already eaten get a grip, you are not hungry, seemed to work...
2 brisk walks as well... feeling just a little bit proud of myself!!
I am under no illusion though I know it is early days so will keep going, every day is a challenge for sure and Rome wasn't built in a day but just keep going folks you will do it and achieve the ultimate goal.

I am totally with you on my brain not knowing if I've eaten it not, I call it Calorie Amnesia! I write down everything I eat to help my poor addled brain remember 😊
Well done for distracting yourself from eating when you really didn't need it, that is good willpower. You should be proud of yourself for taking control of your eating habits.
Just keep doing what your doing and you will get there, well done.
