Well, today has not been a good day to start my dieting journey on...
I have only been able to stomach one meal, which I know is too many calories under as well as barely taking any exercise.
Sometimes days get so hectic I do (as stupid as it sounds) forget to eat, plans fell on top of me and the determination I felt yesterday got side-tracked by plans I had forgotten. I think I stomached roughly 1/3 of my daily calorie intake, as well as limited exercise of walking around. I feel in a right slump as I am starving but feel it is way too unhealthy to eat this late at night, alongside the fact I have been out for a night and consumed alcohol of empty calories, so a waste, which also resulting in my friends abandoning me for the night to go into town without a second thought. I don't understand why I am venting this out, I suppose it feels appropriate within this community to vent, for others to get to know me better through good and bad times throughout my experience. I can't guarantee I won't have other days like this, but I can guarantee I am still as determined to try and change things around and feel happy in my skin.
Just thought others may be interested in the daily update... which I plan to do as often as I can. For those who have had the time thanks for reading; it's comforting to know that people read/listen.
It must be tough! Ive never had the problem of never having time to eat unfortunately. But for you to lose weight you really need too! Out bodies burn calories by just being alive so you need to be careful. As they said. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and they’re right, since I’ve introduced it to my diet it’s been life changing silly as it sounds! Healthy snacks Inbetween all meals, including lunch and tea, and I make sure I don’t eat past 7:30 ish. don’t know why, just think it sounds like a reasonable time and I do next to no exercise in time after this. If you need to kill off hunger cravings because you HAVE eaten and know you shouldn’t eat much more, drink plenty of water! Works for me! Hope this has helped a little. I totally get not having time to eat, just having a banana or some form of protein to tide you over. I had a stressful week last week didn't consume much food had almost no weight lose. Try to eat a little more tomorrow. x
