It's my first go at hosting today and I wanted to share something I've come to understand more and more over the years, and it's taken a long time let me tell you!
Whatever you do, wherever you go, do it with love for yourself. If you're having a bad day, week, month - do something kind for yourself. Treat yourself like you are your own dearest friend.

The idea is simple:
1 record your daily food plans. This helps in firming them up and make it more likely they'll be adhered to.
2. share your good ideas and pick up ideas from others
3. support others by making constructive comments about their plans.
Remember that everyone here offers support based on their own personal understanding, beliefs and experience and comments should be offered in the spirit of being helpful not as a form of criticism and will be up to the recipient to act upon, or not.
When posting let us know what sort of plan you are following, e.g. if you are calorie counting, include your calorie range, as per the NHS BMI calculator and the calorie count for their menus, or any alternative method of recording your intake that you're using.
I've been "off plan" for a couple of weeks having come down with Covid (doubly vaccinated by the way!), but thankfully my sense of smell is slowly but surely coming back and so my plan for today is:
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt and banana
Lunch/dinner: Spanish omelette with some salad
Tea/dinner: Goat cheese risotto with walnuts
A couple of coffees and water with lemon and lime.
Exercise will depend on the heat! A bit of gardening will be the least I do, but I hope to have a "good walk" too.
