12 week plan

Can anybody help me please? I am having trouble locating the NHS Calculator and also the 12 week plan. Can somebody pleSe tell me how to find these?

Hi Pauline, you'll find a link to both, in the Welcome Newbie thread and to the right of the HOME page, if using a computer and at the bottom of the HOME page, if using a phone

Just follow the link:

The 12-week plan is at the top, you'll need to scroll down for the BMI Calculator (it's on the right side of the screen
