Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting to a forum so here goes. I'm 35 years old, 5ft 7 and weigh 245lbs and find myself in need of speaking to anybody who has been or is in my situation.
I work 9-5 Monday to Friday as a Sales Manager so I'm sat behind a desk for 8 hours per day. Once I finish work I find myself so tired that all I want to do is sit at home.
A typical days food for me would be;
Breakfast: Bran Flakes with skimmed milk
Midmorning snack: Apple
Lunch: 2 x Turkey sandwiches (white bread with butter), 1 x Packet of crisps, 1 x Chocolate bar
Afternoon snack: Banana
Dinner: Anything from Spahetti Bolognese to Salad
In an ideal world is love to have a personal trainer and dietitian but unfortunately I don't have these kind of funds available. I'm always searching online for inspiration and ideas but never get anywhere.
I guess the reason I'm posting on here is to try and find others who have experienced this kind of daily rut and to get real life help.
