How to add weight I have lost

I have seen on name tags etc the amount of weight you have lost how do I do this please?

Only Admins can award weight loss badges, mum, but if you let us know when you've lost your first 7lbs, we'll be happy to award your first badge, unless you weigh in kilos, then it will be 5kg

i have already lost 4 stone so i would like to count that in my weight loss, I'm not sure if I'm allowed
