Great achievement Beth235 have you looked on you tube for good exercise classes I gave up paying for a gym because I could never get there. Now I do it at home in front of the computer whilst the kids watch me or the tele πΊ I like popsugar fitness
No I haven't, but will check it out, thank you. The kids like watching me too ha! My 2 year old joins in too which is great!!
I did a great 20 minute one today on the popsugar fitness it wa line dancing work out! it was so funny π I was so bad but my Fitbit says I burned 175 calories π
