Week 2 weigh in today and I stayed the same. Not too disappointed. Couldn't go to gym this week and had a bit of a Mothers Day blowout in the evening (not great timing for a Monday weigh in) which I think hampered things a bit but just managed a quick run today and know I need to watch my calories a bit closer so optimistic for next week. How's everyone else doing?

Glad you are staying positive, i always see it that maintaining is better than gaining Keep up the good work, you sound like you have it all planned. Dont worry about indulging yesterday we all have days like that. sometimes its nice just to have a treat and the run will help. Hope you have a great week.

Well you deserve to enjoy Mother's Day! Don't let one bad weigh in get you down. Actually, what I do, is weigh myself mid week if I don't feel that the Monday one was accurate. That way I can see I'm doing okay. Hang in there, you can do it!!!
Thanks all. Yeah I think maybe a Monday weigh in is not best but never mind. I'll just tighten things up calories wise and get back to exercising. Have a good week x
