I know - Thursday was an odd day to start a diet but two weeks ago I thought let's get on with it why put it off til Monday - no time like the present
Now two weeks down the line already i've lost 3.75lbs this morning making 8lbs in total πππππ
Loads of veg, fruit for snacks and some chocolate along the way so I didn't feel deprived
Here's to week 3 - bring it on
