Week 2 weigh-in

I have just finished week 2 and the scales said 73.8kg, which is a loss of 1.7kg. I also started C25K W3 today as well as strength and flex week 3 I found the 3 minute intervals a lot harder but still managed it... All in all feeling good!

I downloaded the change for life smart recipes app which has lotsof recipes to cook. My boyfriend and I particularly like chicken with red and yellow peppers, which is in the dinner section on the app. Good luck.
