Hi Ebod28,

I do have sleep aponea, and it has recently worsened. I'm undergoing an assessment tonight, to gauge how bad it is! If it is troubling you, perhaps go to you GP?

They have given me a CPAP to use in the meantime. Sorry it troubles your neighbours, but it is obviously an essential measure

That's what I thought. I do need it to stay alive at night.

Exactly. My fiancee thinks I'm dead sometimes, at night, she sleeps with one ear open!

Shame the government don't class it as a disability. Or they say is it your weight, the problem is u can't lose weight over night. Us fat people do need to sleep. Lol

Hi my husband has sleep apnoea and is the correct weight never been overweight and collar size is 15.5 so not a wide neck. Yes the machines can be annoying but my husbands machine is ok as I wear ear plugs but your neighbours must have fantastic hearing to hear it through walls lol.

I had sleep apnea, was so pleased to get the diagnosis as it explained why I was tired all the time.

I used a CPAP machine for a while, but in the end I had a surgical solution (expensive as it was classed as an elective procedure) which seems to have solved it.

weight doesn't help with sleep apnoea but it also can be related to the soft palate and you can have an operation on the soft palate which can help

I don't have it do have a few friends who do though and they use Ganoderma Capsules or Chaga Capsules and these have helped to regulate this and improve things ... am not making any medical claims here so please do your own research both are medicinal mushrooms (100% organic) cost about £60 - £65 (each) for one month to two months supply including postage (depending on whether you take one capsule a day or two)
