Hi no I have no experience and I would recommend you spoke to your GP regarding anything like it

Oh I have done I have been on them for just over a month now just wondered if anyone was having any success with it 😊

I was prescribed it a few years ago and was so terrified of the side effects that I didn't dare eat fat. After three months on them and no weight loss my gp took me off them.

A friend of mine suffered the unwanted side effects because she ate a lot of fatty food.

Yes I've heard that a lot I have lost a stone but now nothing I'm not having any side effects at all so beginning to wonder if there working in having so many doubts now am I doing it wrong? Am I not eating enough maybe? But I'm frightened if I stop them that I put the weight back on its so frustrating x

I had a bad reaction to them and ended up on hospital, that was about 7 years ago! I have been looking at herbal remedies based on fruit extracts but still dubious about actually trying them...

Really that's not good at all I haven't had any side effects but I don't think there doing much either beginning to think id be better doing it myself x

Hi gabswe yes I'm still on them it's my third month now I've lost nearly 2 stone not really had any side effects as such occasionally if I over do the fat I get a little upset shall se say 🙈 bit generally I'm fine what problems are you having ? X
