Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate.

It's only left for me to wish you well on your journey
so basically eating plenty of fish, lean meat vegetables. Fruit and salad would be better for me. Is there any diet plans for menopausal women.
I bought a low GI/low GL book and it categorises baked beans as low/low. Surely that means they're okay? or please tell me if I've misunderstood this book lol it wouldn't surprise me!
I'm definitely struggling! But as I'm only 27 hopefully not due to the menopause yet! stick with it as being active is always good for you even if the weight isn't shifting. I don't have an answer for you really but wanted to be supportive - just keep trying and you will get there. Slimming world showed you that your body CAN lose weight, you just have to find the way that works for you to keep it off.
Hi Jaks, I'm 43 and started SW again in January and have found it seems harder to shift the weight second time around, I have lost half a stone, but a loss is a loss. I have joined a gym and do a combination of cardio and weight resistant workouts. Set realistic goals which I feel help and I feel so much better though, keep going though and hopefully you see the results soon. Good luck. x
