Hi, I'm a newbie here ( but definitely not to dieting!)
I really have probably done every diet under the sun in the past. From the extreme to the ridiculous. Some have been successful and long lasting, others not so. I have most success when I limit my carb intake, particularly refined carbs, as my insatiable hunger disappears. I am very definitely a sugar and starch addict.
This time, I'm trying a very different approach. First off, I haven't weighed myself, even to get a start weight. This is unbelievable for me as I usually get obsessive and become a serial daily weigher lol!
The plan is to simply eat as healthily as poss, with an eye to my refined carb intake and judge how I am doing by my shrinking stomach and loosening clothes. Can't quite believe I'm saying that 😂
