Made with whey protein pancake mix (MyProtein), comprising whey powder (obviously) & ground oats.

2 scoops of the mix, 1 egg (optional) and 150ml semi-skimmed milk.

Thanks ladies.

They tasted just as delicious as they look. Being flour-free and cooked with a little coconut oil, there's certainly no feeling of sluggishness; just all round virtuosity.

Simply adding your own whey powder and grinding oats into a fine powder should allow the desired consistency to be achieved. If it's too thick, add more milk or an egg. If it's too thin, simply add a little extra whey powder/pancake mix.

If made with gluten free oats, ground into powder form, I see no reason why they couldn't be.

Their nutritional value certainly does go a long way towards maintaining satiety afterwards. Hope you're continuing to settle into an increased stride now that the weather is improving.
