They tasted just as delicious as they look. Being flour-free and cooked with a little coconut oil, there's certainly no feeling of sluggishness; just all round virtuosity.
You've got me thinking about trying them for a brunch soon!
Simply adding your own whey powder and grinding oats into a fine powder should allow the desired consistency to be achieved. If it's too thick, add more milk or an egg. If it's too thin, simply add a little extra whey powder/pancake mix.
